Any body ever have to do a factory reset /restore "after your free update period was over" and tried to install a  copy of the Scan Folder that you created as backup software while you were still within your free update period?
    Were you successfully  able to get the Scan Folder backup to install properly and get the scanner to work once again or it simply wouldn't  take and you had to buy another update?
